Antwerp's beautiful diamond and ruby halo cable necklace is made up of 11 brilliant cut diamonds totaling .35 carats. These diamonds surround a genuine red, round ruby in the middle totaling approximately .50ct. The necklace is made with 14 karat white gold and comes with a 16" white gold chain. Every diamond is hand picked in Antwerp, Belgium the diamond capital of the world. Can be ordered in sapphire or emerald.
