The Seiko Coutura SSG021 has a 44.5mm diameter black ion stainless steel case that is 12mm thick. The chronograph measures up to 24 hours in 1/5 second increments with split time measurement function. The watch is powered by a Seiko solar-powered caliber 8B92 (radio-controlled) quartzmovement that recharges when exposed to light. It automatically receives radio signals to precisely adjust the time and calendar. It has a 6 month power reserve when fully charged (no need for battery changes).
